Reset Ink Level adalah proses mengembalikan posisi ink level tinta kembali kepada posisi normal. Tanda-tanda printer butuh di reset biasanya pada ink levelnya di layar monitor Epson Status Monitor dan gambar cartridge ada gambar silang. Tombol tinta ( Biasanya sebelah tombol Power On/Off) juga akan menyala jingga. LANGKAH-LANGKAH SOLUSINYA ADALAH SEBAGAI BERIKUT : 1. Posisikan rumah cartridge agar berada di lubang penutup printer supaya dapat kita jangkau proses reset ink level. Caranya tekan tombol tinta pada printer yang sedang menyala jingga (Sebelah tombol Power) beberapa kali sampai Rumah Cartridge berhenti di posisi lubang cover penutup printer. 2. Setelah rumah cartridge berada di lubang cover printer, tekan tombol chip gabungnya dan tahan sampai kira-kira 3 detik, setelah itu ulangi proses tersebut hingga 3 kali untuk memastikan proses reset berhasil 3. Lalu tekan kembali tombol printer yang menyala jingga sebanyak 1 kali. 4. Printer akan ter-reset dan tanda silang pada layar monitor pada Epson Status Monitor printer kembali normal.
